Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a delivery driver to operate on a local Granite Falls, NC route. You will deliver, check in, and rotate stock for stores, building relationships with store teams to support sales initiatives.

Position includes on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and competitive benefits. Start time is early, with hours varying by route and business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licenses as required by state law.
• Must be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

Quick Look

• Pay: $64,000/year Annual Target

• Location: Granite Falls, NC

• Work Days: Rotating Days (Includes Wekeends) 2 days off

• Start Time: Average start time between 4-6 am

• End Time: End time varies on route completion and business needs.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
