Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a full-time Route Delivery Driver in Newport, OR. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on local routes, deliver and check in orders, stock shelves, and maintain inventory accuracy throughout your shift.

You must be 21+, hold a valid driver's license with insurance proof, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly. A $2,000 retention bonus is available for eligible hires and some routes may require commuting between Tillamook, Newport, and Warrenton, OR.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Relief Position may require compensated commute between Tillamook, Newport and Warrenton OR.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory for freshness.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools.
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives.
