Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated route driver to serve Pocasset, MA, delivering products to local stores and ensuring shelves stay stocked with our beloved brands.

You will unload, rotate inventory for freshness, check proof of delivery, and maintain records using provided tools. Training is provided, with emphasis on building strong store-manager relationships to drive sales.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
