Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Novato, CA is hiring a full-time driver to deliver and stock beloved brands at local stores. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, check in orders, and maintain inventories while building strong relationships with store managers.

Expect on-the-job training, a high-energy environment, and health/lifestyle benefits as part of a full-time role. Start time varies with a 3am-5am window and shifts extend until completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
