Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a full-time Route Delivery Driver in Gilroy, CA. The role involves driving a PepsiCo truck on a local route, delivering and checking in orders, unloading product, stocking shelves, and maintaining daily inventory records using provided tools.

You will build strong relationships with store managers to support sales initiatives and secure displays. The position includes on-the-job training and health and lifestyle benefits, with opportunities for long-term career growth

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
