Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a delivery driver for the West Monroe, LA area to serve local stores with care.

You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, deliver and check in orders, unload and stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers. The role includes building relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute national and local initiatives, with on-the-job training and a fast-paced work environment that involves lifting and moving product throughout

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

• Work Days:Variable work schedule, 2 days off per week

• End Time: until route is completed
