Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is looking for a dedicated delivery driver to operate on varied routes, delivering to local stores, unloading products, stocking shelves, and ensuring inventory freshness throughout shifts. You will maintain accurate delivery records and collaborate with store teams daily.

The role emphasizes building strong, ongoing relationships with store managers to promote displays and execute national and local initiatives, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Work Days: Work days may/will vary week to week. Works 5 days a week
• Start Time: 1am to 7am
• End Time: When work is completed

Minimum Qualifications
