Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Fairfield, CA is hiring a full-time route delivery driver. You will drive a PepsiCo truck to local stores, stock shelves, and ensure product freshness while building strong relationships with store teams.

Start times are early (3am–5am); days off vary by schedule. You will unload product, confirm orders, and use provided tools to log deliveries. This role offers on-the-job training and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
