Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Medford, OR is seeking a full-time delivery driver to operate a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver and check in orders, unload stock and rotate displays, and build strong relationships with store managers. The role offers a $64,000 annual target pay with a retention bonus for eligible hires.

Expect a variable schedule with two days off per week. Starting window is 3:30 AM to 6:00 AM; end time is when work is complete.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, serving stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory for freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and display execution.

• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
