Job summary

PepsiCo Swink, CO is hiring a full-time route delivery driver responsible for driving a PepsiCo truck on a local route, delivering and stocking products at stores, and building strong relationships with store managers to grow sales.

You’ll use provided tools, lift up to 40 lbs frequently, start early at 4 AM, and participate in on-the-job and classroom training with comprehensive benefits for long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
