Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a driver to operate a local PepsiCo route in Braintree, MA. You will deliver and check in orders, stock shelves, and build relationships with store managers. The role is on-site with weekend work and shift start at 5:00 am.

Training provided, lifting up to 40 lbs, 21+ years old, and a valid driver’s license are required for full-time employment with competitive pay and benefits.

Pay: $68,886.40 Annual Target

Location: Braintree, MA

Work Days: 5-7 days (weekends required)

Start Time: 5:00 am

End Time: When work is completed

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Minimum Education Required
