Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a delivery-focused team member in Burlington, IA to drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, delivering and checking in orders, unloading and stocking products, and maintaining records with provided tools.

You’ll build strong relationships with store managers to boost sales and ensure displays align with company initiatives, while working a schedule that includes 5 days a week and early start times.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
