Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a delivery driver for Manhattan, KS, to service local stores on a PepsiCo route. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory for freshness and quality.

The role requires a five-day workweek with two varying days off, typical start times around 2am–6am, and 45+ hours per week on a route that covers multiple areas. On-the-job training and benefits are provided as a full-time position.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
