Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route sales and merchandising professional in Mansfield, OH. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, delivering orders to supermarkets and rotating stock to keep products fresh.

Training is provided for order entry and route documentation. You will build strong relationships with store managers, execute national and local initiatives, and maintain accurate delivery records throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Annual Target Location: Mansfield, OH

Work Days: 5 working days and 2 rotating off days weekly

Start Time: Average daily start time of 4:00 am

End Time: When work is complete

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
