Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in West Monroe, LA is seeking a full‑time Delivery Driver. Start time is 3:00am with a variable schedule and two days off per week; end time is when the route is completed. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build strong relationships with store teams to grow sales.

On‑the‑job training is provided, and the role includes health & lifestyle benefits as a full‑time team member who stays active throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
