Job summary

PepsiCo in Daleville, Indiana is hiring a route driver to join our team. You will start early, between 4am and 7am, and work five days a week delivering beloved snacks to local retailers.

You’ll unload, stock, and rotate products, collect proofs of delivery, and build strong relationships with store managers, while using provided tools to keep accurate records. Training is provided and a long-term career path is possible.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
