Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Joplin, MO is seeking a delivery route driver to serve local stores on a PepsiCo truck. You will start the day on a 5–7 AM window, deliver and check in orders, unload and stock shelves, and rotate products to ensure freshness. Training is provided and you’ll build relationships with store teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
