Job summary

PepsiCo in Smock, PA is seeking a motivated route driver to service local stores on a multi-stop route starting early each morning. You will load, unload, stock shelves, and check deliveries while managing records with supplied tools.

Build strong relationships with store managers and execute national and local initiatives. This full-time position includes on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and competitive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs.
• Able to obtain other licensures as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route to serve local stores.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (collect proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and rotate inventory for freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided).
• Build relationships with store managers to grow sales and ensure displays and initiatives are executed.

Location: 1020 Franklin Dr, SMOCK, PA, 15480 Quick Look Pay: $64000 Annual Target Location: 1020 Franklin Dr, Ste #4, SMOCK PA 15480 Schedule: 5 days on 2 days off, schedule varies each week, start and end time varies depending on route and day, 2:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
