Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated Route Driver in Moosic, PA to service local stores along a fixed route. You’ll deliver orders, collect proof of delivery where required, and help ensure shelves and displays stay stocked with fresh products.

You will work a full-time schedule, with early start times and variable finish depending on route demand. Training is provided, and the role offers competitive pay and benefits as part of PepsiCo's team.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
