Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver in Tullahoma, TN to serve local stores with care on a morning schedule. The pay target is $62,100/year and you will be part of a full-time team with on-the-job training and benefits.

Start times range from 3am to 6am and shifts end when work is completed. You will unload, stock, rotate inventory, and maintain records using provided tools while building strong relationships with store managers to grow sales.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain state licensures.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
