Job summary

PepsiCo in Spooner, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time route delivery driver. Drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, serve stores, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory for freshness, and build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales.

Start times range from 2am to 6am (average 4am) with shift lengths of 8–12 hours, and a weekly schedule of 45+ hours across five days.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
