Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a full-time delivery driver in Cranberry Township, PA. You’ll drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver and check in orders, unload, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to keep products fresh.

On-the-job training is provided and you’ll join a high-energy, hands-on work environment with competitive pay and benefits tailored to full-time teammates.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

$64,000 Annual Target

Schedule

5 days on 2 days off per week, days off vary, weekends and holidays required, 2:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications
