Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver to service Roanoke Rapids, NC and surrounding stores. You will start early, typically between 3:00 and 6:00 AM, and drive a PepsiCo truck to deliver beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos.

You0ll unload, stock shelves, rotate stock for freshness, and maintain delivery records with the team. Launched with on-the-job training, this full-time role offers health benefits and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, physical environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Have a valid driver9s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
