Job summary

PepsiCo in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time Route Delivery Driver to service local stores on an early-morning schedule. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, deliver and check in orders, and build trusted relationships with store teams to grow sales and ensure displays and freshness.

Location: 8924 Midway West Rd, Raleigh, NC, 27617 Quick LookPay:$64000 Annual Target Location:8924 Midway West Rd, Raleigh NC 27617Schedule:Variable schedule, 2 days off per week, 3am-6am depending on route. - Completion of route.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
