Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time route truck driver for a local Rancho de Taos route. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders with store teams, unload and stock products, rotate inventory, and maintain records with provided tools. Training is provided.

The role offers a variable schedule with two days off weekly, typically 12am–6am depending on route, and opportunities to grow with health and lifestyle benefits.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
