Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time route driver in Pagosa Springs, CO, to deliver and check in orders, stock shelves, and rotate inventory for freshness. You will build strong relationships with local store managers and participate in national and local initiatives.

The role requires a valid driver's license and physical ability to lift 40 lbs, with on-going on-the-job training. Shifts run 12am–6am with a 45-hour workweek, and location is on-site at 412 AB Bastille Drive, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Pushes to stock shelves and keep products available for customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Pay: $64000 Annual Target

Schedule: Work Schedule – 45 Hours a week, 5 days a week, varying 2 days off. Anywhere from 12am to 6am — When work is completed
