Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver to service local stores in Westminster, VT. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a designated route, deliver and check in orders, unload product, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness. You will also build strong relationships with store managers to support sales initiatives.

The role offers on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and full-time benefits. Schedule varies by route with start times around early morning hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
