Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time route driver in Bowling Green, KY to service local stores with care. You’ll drive a PepsiCo truck on a routine route, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.

You’ll build trusted relationships with store managers, support national and local initiatives, and participate in on-the-job training. Availability to work any day of the week is required, with start times around 3am–6am and end when the route is

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
