Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time delivery driver in Massachusetts to operate a PepsiCo truck on a local route, delivering to stores and checking in orders. You will unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain records using provided tools, with on-the-job training provided.

You will establish strong relationships with store managers to boost sales and ensure displays align with national and local initiatives. Year-round schedule includes weekend work and an active, physical role.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver9s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

• Schedule: 5-7 days (weekends required), 5:00 am - When work is completed
