Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a full-time route truck driver to service local stores from our DuBois, PA location. The role involves delivering orders, checking in with store teams, and maintaining accurate delivery records, on a schedule that includes day shifts on rotating routes.

You will unload products, stock shelves and displays, rotate inventory for freshness, and build trusted relationships with store managers to support national and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 21+ years old; valid driver’s license with insurance; ability to obtain state licensures as required.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Must bring brands to community and stock shelves.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive PepsiCo truck on a local route and serve stores with care.

Location: 911 Rich Highway, DuBois, PA, 15801 Quick Look Pay:$64000 Annual Target Location: 911 Rich Highway, DuBois PA 15801Schedule: 5 days on 2 days off per week, schedule changes based off route covering, sunday-thursday, tuesday-saturday, 2:00 am - 2:00 pm

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
