Job summary

PepsiCo in Buda, TX is seeking a full-time route delivery driver to service local stores on a rotating schedule. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.

The role includes on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.
• Move product to shelves and keep stocked with brands like Lay's, Doritos and Cheetos.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
