Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route driver to deliver to local stores in Minnesota, stocking shelves and maintaining layouts to support sales. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a defined route, check in orders, rotate stock, and build relationships with store personnel to execute initiatives.

Start times include 2am and 6am with an average around 4am, and the workweek runs 40+ hours over five days, with days off that vary. The role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
