Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver for Blue Earth, MN (I-90). The role offers a $64,000 annual target pay with a shift that varies, typically starting between 3am and 6am as routes finish.

You will drive a PepsiCo truck to local stores, deliver and check in orders, unload and stock products, rotate inventory for freshness, and build strong relationships with store managers to grow sales. Training is provided for a fast-paced, hands-on role.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
