Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver in Cameron, Wisconsin. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a daily route, delivering and checking in orders with store teams, unloading products, stocking shelves, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness.

Typical schedule involves 5 days per week with 45+ hours, start around 2am–6am and varying end times. This role emphasizes customer relationships and efficient stock management with on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
