Job summary

PepsiCo in Buhl, MN is seeking a dedicated delivery driver to service local stores on a Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday route starting at 5:00 am, with shifts lasting 8–10 hours.

You will drive a PepsiCo truck, unload, stock shelves, check in orders, and build strong relationships with store teams to support national and local initiatives. This full-time role includes on-the-job training and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
