Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a route delivery driver to service local stores, stock shelves, and ensure product freshness and availability.

You will drive a PepsiCo truck on assigned routes, deliver and check in orders, unload product, and rotate stock as needed. Training is provided and shifts start early with varying days.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Quick Look

• Pay: 70,400 Annual Target

• Location: Coon Rapids, Minnesota

• Work Days: Working 5 days per week with 2 days off that vary. Work week will be 40+ hours/week spread over 5 days of each week. Working days will change depending on the route being covered for the week. Ex. I am covering route #ABC123 with days off TUE/WED

• Start Time: 2am and 6am (Average 4am)

• End Time: Workdays can vary from 8-12 hours depending on market selling through
