Job summary

PepsiCo in Centennial, CO is seeking a full-time route driver to deliver and stock products to local stores on a scheduled route from early morning. You will be on a fast-paced route, manage on-time deliveries, and build strong relationships with store teams.

The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires, on-the-job training, and health and lifestyle benefits as part of a long-term career at PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Schedule: Relief role-Days off are based on the route that is being covered. Could work 6-10 days straights., 4 AM - When work is completed.
