Job summary

PepsiCo in Birmingham, AL is seeking a route driver to service local stores, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate proof of delivery.

As a full‑time driver, you will load and unload, stock shelves, rotate products for freshness, and build relationships with store managers to support national and local initiatives. Training is provided.

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
