Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver to service local stores in Auburn, ME. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to maintain freshness for customers.

As a full-time role with on-the-job training, you’ll work a fast-paced schedule, lift up to 40 lbs, and build strong relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute local initiatives. This position includes competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
