Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a route delivery driver in Bemidji, MN to serve local stores with energy and reliability. This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

You’ll drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload and stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build strong relationships with store managers. On‑the‑job training is provided, with a schedule that varies to meet coverage needs.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Schedule: Schedules will vary from week to week depending on coverage needed. 5 days scheduled with guaranteed 2 days scheduled off each week., 5:00 am - when work is completed for the day ranging from 8-10 hours per day.
