Job summary

Aire-Master is seeking an Account Manager to build and service a dedicated route of local businesses. You will explain how scent marketing enhances customer experience and drive new sales as you grow your customer base.

You will manage weekly routes, coordinate installations, and ensure excellent service with guidance from the Operations Manager. Candidates with a good driving record and strong work ethic qualify; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or route sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses to sell Scent Marketing services.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Build and manage a sales channel from prospect to close.
• Organize the weekly service route and stock vehicle accordingly.
• Meet with decision makers to establish strong business relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies during service.
