Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Tampa seeks a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department by covering routes, performing service tasks, and assisting with rush deliveries. This non-exempt, full-time role reports to the District Manager and emphasizes up-selling and top-tier customer care.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or similar experience.
• Valid driver’s license, CDL when applicable and be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes as needed for holidays, vacations or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training and other tasks assigned by supervision.
• Solicit new customers, up-sell/cross-sell/sampling across all lines of service to ensure profitable product mix.
• Follow company policies/procedures regarding new customers and service aspects.
• Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service; build relationships and proactively resolve concerns.
