Patriot Pool is seeking a Pool Service Technician to manage residential service routes across Florida. You will perform scheduled pool maintenance, test water, balance chemicals, and inspect equipment on every visit.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work independently outdoors and manage a residential service route.
• Strong customer-service mindset and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pool maintenance, water testing, and chemical balancing.
• Inspect pools and equipment and identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Communicate recommendations to customers and internal teams.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicle and tools, and keep accurate service documentation.
• Deliver reliable service to retain customers and grow recurring business.
