Job summary

Certus Home Services is seeking a Pool Service Technician to manage residential service routes, perform routine maintenance, and ensure water balance and equipment reliability on a scheduled basis.

You’ll inspect pools, report issues, and communicate recommendations to customers and internal teams, all while independently driving your route and maintaining safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and comfort working independently and outdoors.
• Excellent customer-service mindset and communication skills.
• Professional communication explaining technical issues to customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company standards.
• Inspect pools and equipment during every visit and identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Communicate recommendations professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Safely operate and maintain your company vehicle, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory.
• Complete service documentation, chemical readings, and mobile reporting accurately each day.
