Job summary

PB PoolDoc is seeking a trainable, dependable Pool Maintenance Technician to join our West Palm Beach area team. This is a full-time position with paid training, locally assigned routes, and a comprehensive benefits package.

No prior experience required beyond a driver’s license and ability to perform physical work outdoors. Responsibilities include driving to customer locations, testing and adjusting pool chemical levels, cleaning pools, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to swim proficiently.
• Attention to detail.
• Solution oriented; reliable to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience or knowledge with pool equipment and troubleshooting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle to customer locations and load/unload tools.
• Test and adjust pool water chemistry (pH, salt, chlorine).
• Clean and maintain pools and debris removal.
• Brush and vacuum pools per procedures.
• Perform maintenance on pumps, chlorinators, heating and filtration equipment.
• Clean and disinfect pool deck area; clear leaves and debris.
• Order and maintain inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies.
• Keep maintenance records and schedules in Skimmer; log work done.
