Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing.
• Inspect pools and equipment and identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Communicate recommendations to customers and internal teams.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicle, equipment, and chemical inventory.
• Complete service documentation and daily chemical readings.
• Deliver reliable, professional service to retain customers and grow recurring business.
