Job summary

Patriot Pool is hiring a Pool Service Technician to manage a residential service route in Keller, TX. You will perform maintenance, water testing, and chemical balancing, while inspecting equipment and communicating recommendations to customers.

Take-home company vehicle, fuel card, gear and uniforms are provided from day one. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, and paid time off are part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and 5+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic; comfortable working independently and outdoors.
• Excellent customer-service mindset and communication skills.
• Professional explaining technical issues to customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company standards.
• Inspect pools and equipment during every visit and identify maintenance or repair concerns.
• Communicate recommendations professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Safely operate and maintain your company vehicle, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory.
• Complete service documentation, chemical readings, and mobile reporting accurately each day.
• Deliver reliable, professional service that helps retain customers and grow recurring business
