Responsibilities

Optimize and manage daily delivery routes using routing systems to maximize efficiency.
Audit prior day delivery routes to identify and address service gaps.
Coordinate and maintain delivery schedules across seven branch locations.
Manage and schedule off-route customer delivery requests and undelivered stops from prior routes.
Analyze and recommend route changes in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
Dispatch real-time delivery requests to appropriate route territories for timeliness.
Prepare reports on route performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
Assist in maintaining DOT and FMCSA regulations compliance.
