Green Zone Recycling in Durham, NC is seeking a Route Manager to plan and manage efficient driver routes, using routing software to maximize productivity and reduce costs while delivering outstanding service.

You will collaborate with drivers and customers, monitor route performance, and identify improvements. The role requires routing and logistics experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Route4Me or Samsara.

Qualifications

• Experience in routing, logistics, transportation, or dispatch operations.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize daily driver routes.
• Create and maintain driver schedules.
• Monitor route performance and driver progress.
