Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Route Optimization Specialist to coordinate equipment, tools, and resources for field service operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution, optimize asset utilization, and improve planning efficiency across complex service activities.

You will optimize resource allocation, streamline logistics, and monitor inventory to guarantee material availability.

Qualifications

Experience in service delivery, operations planning, logistics, or inventory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate preparation and availability of equipment, tools, products, and spares based on job requirements and technical plans.
Optimize asset utilization aligned with AMO capacity, inventory availability, and supply chain capabilities.
Support planning and execution of service delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
Collaborate closely with AMO teams, Service Delivery Coordinators, and Material Management teams.
Monitor inventory levels and support sourcing plans to ensure material availability.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, logistics, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with company HSE, quality, and operational standards.
